Contribute a task

Propose a new task for the classification matrix. This produces a record for maintainer review — nothing is submitted automatically.

To submit:

Add this object to the "tasks" array in data/task_classification_seed.json, or send the downloaded file to a maintainer.
Open a pull request (or issue) describing the addition. A maintainer reviews it against the classification definitions before it is merged and rebuilt.
